Dear NJCUE Students,
It is with heartfelt emotion that I have decided to leave my position as Project Director of the New Jersey Consortium for Urban Education Program and Montclair State University.
After careful consideration, I have decided to return to the University of New Mexico to complete my doctoral program of studies (class of 2008'). My last day in the office will be August 10, 2006, however, you all know that there is much to do and so I will continue contributing to the support of the NJCUE over the next two months. Dr. Frederick A. Hill, will assume my role and ensure program continuity over the next two years. He will be in touch with you all very soon.
Please accept my sincere "thank you" to all of you for your professionalism and commitment to the work of the NJCUE. I’ve enjoyed working with everyone in the NJCUE over the last two years and I wish the program and Montclair State University continued success.
Sincerely,
Marilyn R. Davis NJCUE Project Director
